Now, enter Deep Pen, a shadowy syndicate of sinister influencers (“The Syndicate”) lurking in the depths of Pigletsville. Though they wield power, they themselves are under a baton of ancient masters of cunning, forged in the noxious fumes of Animas Aberratas—the darkest realm of preternatural power. Their very essence is the absence of that which is good, true and beautiful, which is to say, they are at war with the Whisper of the Unseen.
