What we do first in the morning proclaims what god we worship. It is the cornerstone of our day. The foundation upon which we stand. The lens through which we will see things. Setting into motion the currency of our hearts and minds. Imbuing every aspect of our lives.

PUT SIMPLY: If we are not standing on rock we are on shifting sand. Regardless of whatever we may profess, whatever periodic faith activities we may participate in, if in our most susceptible and fragile thoughts of the morning we are anchored to anything else besides Jesus Christ, we will be swept up in the current. (Matt. 7:24-27)

All else will fade. All else is fragile. Jesus alone is the One in and through whom all is created. Who holds all together. (Colossians 1)
